It allows interactions with dependencies to be simulated and verified in. ![]() Verify () asserts that the method call happened as expected with the specified parameters. The documentation doesn't go into much detail but thanks to additional information in IntelliSense tooltips and the originating GitHub issue I managed to quickly resolve the no implicit reference conversion error which I encountered at first. Using Moq we can set a value to the property or get the value out from a property. It helps us stub the property with certain value to see if our underlying class passes that value back to us correctly. When you need to verify that the code under test called a method with the expected parameters, you can mock the method with Moq and use Verify () + It.Is () to check the parameters passed in.![]() The Moq mocking library in version 4.13.0 added support for matching generic type arguments when mocking generic methods.
